Hello everyone.
For the last week I have had 2 lucid dreams where my double or me interact with IOBs ( I suppose).
And First, IOB ( looked like wrestler) ask me to wrestle to him and he was bitten many times not too hursh , and we became a friends. Second time, IOB was like a man wearing suit and standing near my bed , I got up, grabbed him buy the scraf of neck and threw him into the wall, telling him don't come to my bedroom b/c there is my wife.
Once, I saw a small window on the wall through my double came into my bedroom (he was dark like shade) I was wearing mask with eyes opened. I was oh okay it's interesting.
There are 3 more, I was laying on the left side after 2 hours of gazing , I saw a small window on the wall ( like a far away) like my bedroom was 20 meters long. First time, I saw some tiles inside and second, I saw like tree branches very sturdy. I was okay I blinked my eyes to make sure I not sleeping than took off my mask and it was there at 6 morning time. The last darkroom gazing, I sam window on the wall is made of beads in cemetrical direction, I wasn't sleeping , I took off my mask than oped and close my eyes to make sure it is there. I was gazing at this for two minutes without mask than it faded away in 2 minutes b/c it was 5: 30 am.

I had someone similar appear in a dream, about a year and 1/2 ago.

Interesting point... though I googled it and it is close, but more of a light grey.
Interesting, I would say the person I saw had the same kind of coat greyish, ( like in Matrix movie) and he was white person.
If it was me, I would try getting closer to the windows, so you can see more of the details.
It would be interesting if we find some of us are seeing similar scenes inside the windows.
I haven't noticed a pattern so far.
Will try, just as newbies trying much as can.
Very nice! Someone recently found a quote where don Juan said the surest way to get lucid dreaming is to go to sleep absolutely silent.
That's what happens with darkroom gazing. All the forcing silence eventually makes you tired, you go to sleep, and you halfway do what don Juan suggested.
So it increases lucidity.
But don't forget to play with some puffs too. We've all seen the decades of lucid dreamers getting nowhere. It's nice to get "free" lucid dreaming, but the really cool stuff requires you to do waking dreaming.
Which means, find those puffs of color and give them a Tensegrity chop.
And yes, those are surely IOB scouts.
