Sleeping tips
Dreaming
So i know for a fact that the way i sleep has and big effect on me and probably everyone else.
So here is the thing i know.
You need a good "sitio". Ok i think i have that
You need to sleep in the right direction. Might have that right too.
So here comes my questions
What way will one get most energy while sleeping?
Stomach as DJ recommend Carlos?
What is optimal sleeping schedule?
Go late or early to sleep?
Ok to wake up in the middle of the night?
How many hours?
I find it way easier to sleep in the morning. Is this good or bad?
I feel sometimes tired? Why? How to avoid that?
How to be able to wake up in the middle of the night. Because sometimes my body automaticaly turns of the alarm so I don't even remember doing that.
Is it good to go to bed at 1 am and wake up 7.30.
Basically if anyone has figured out some good things related to sleep please share.

Move your alarm far enough away that you have to physically get out of bed to turn it off.
Personally I usually wake up less than a minute before my alarm goes off. But I still move the alarm so I have to move as well.
Mines pc based so I have to walk a good 6 feet to turn it off, but most of the time I wake up just before it goes off too. Then get annoyed when it scares the crap out of me half awake
Reni says sleeping on your stomach makes it easier to do lucid dreaming.
But, if you aren't wandering deep into the second attention daily, into fully visible other worlds and realms, completely sober, never sleeping to accomplish it, with your trusty inorganic beings at your side, what's the point of worrying about nonsense like which direction you face?
Those are placebos for people who know they need to be working harder, but won't or can't.
I suppose you could reach the skill level of Reni, by worrying about such details.
Go watch one of her interviews, or one from Nyei, or one from Miles, and ask yourself if you really want to be that kind of a sorcerer?
Get a friend to tape your eyes open so you can't look away, tie you to a chair, and play a Reni and Nyei interview marathon.
With Bruce Wagner interview commercials.
And ask yourself if you really want to be a "vitamin supplement" sorcerer.
Who knows for a fact, sugar is evil.
And does Jungian Shadow therapy on the side.
Or reads Tarot cards.
Wait... Cholita reads cards.
I had to take a picture of the inside of her garage paradise 2 days ago, in order to get a lower interest rate from the bank.
They don't understand the explanation, "An evil witch lives in the garage. Can we skip the pics of that part of the house?
It's amazing in there. She's hanging red lanterns now.
And she has 3 gigantic tarot cards, hand painted by Cholita herself.

Most people have jobs I suppose. In 2011 I made a decision to quit working. I was sick of the alarm clock world. So I did. Yes it was and still it's hard but I no longer wanted to be tied to a alarm clock life. I am a very organized person so time was a very important part of my organizational behavior. Still is. I can't break the habit completely yet. Yes money is something I do not have I live a simple existence. It sucks at times but I wish I would have done it sooner than I did.
But concerning sleep, well I sleep whenever I want to for as long as I need too. This has been a big load off my mind. But there are a lot of downsides to it that I won't go into. Lol.
The only ritual I have concerning sleep is telling myself to find my hands in my dreams. I still have a long way to travel and miles to go before I sleep, or something like that.
