Reaching Energy Body through Darkroom Gazing + Other Questions.

Hi all,
Some questions re: Darkroom gazing, thanks in advance for anyone who might be able to help.
When I first silence the mind and seem to nudge the AP, I often hear 'cracking' and 'popping' of furniture, or from within the infrastructure of my house. Is that just me noticing these things more, or is that something others can validate? Like static electricity sounding pops, that seem to be like the wooden furniture expanding rapidly. Can I use this is a sign that I'm on the first step of the J curve?
How much should I 'cross' my eyes? I recall DJ saying gently cross them when sitting on the park benches with Carlos. But does that apply at night? I seem to find that my eyes will drift towards each other, but then too far, and they strain and so I bring them back. I'm unsure where others keep their eyes.
As a corollary to the above, once you are seeing Purple puffs, can you start looking around the room like normal? Or, if I'm having success early, should I just keep my gaze ahead? Does looking around the room when trying to find purple puffs 'screw it up'? Should I keep gaze forward?
For those who have succeeded in IOBs entering the room, can you then walk around the room? Look around? Or do you have to stay fixated in place, gaze locked? I would like to be able to move, change positions, look around, all while continuing to shift the AP. Can I do this? As opposed to say, all those other meditation religions where you just sit still?
Re: Tensegrity, can you include moves like what Yoga calls 'child's pose', or even crouching like a tiger, and scraping the ground, scooping forward, etc? Or Should I only be using 'official' Tensegrity movements, i.e, those from the Cleargreen videos or taught to me by an IOBs? Can I bring in ANY movement that seem to help me nudge the AP?
Can I close my eyes and then open them up in darkroom gazing? I was practicing with a technique where I was seeing colors with eyes closed, then opening very slowly to see those same colors projected in the darkroom. It was working, sorta, I just want to know if it's legit. Sometimes my eyes feel very strained, and I close them to relax them, and I see a fireworks show. Should I stick with that, or is that 'cheating', and darkroom gazing should be done with eyes open whenever possible?
Re: the Double - is that 'my personal' double? And if so, how does that differ from the energy body? When I Astral Project, I am rolled up tight like a cigar, and roll out of body, and through the walls - that I believe is to be the energy body? I'm confused how this differentiates from the double, and what happens when you draw the double out when darkroom gazing?
What are the recommended steps to get from Purple Puffs to reaching the energy body? My understanding of the roadmap is: Silence-->Purple Puffs-->IOB--->Other Realm/Dreaming/Remote Viewing. But how would I get from Purple puffs to what I would call Astral Projecting, or being wrapped up tight like a cigar. For me, I currently go: Darkroom--->Silence-->Colors/Purple Puffs--->FALL ASLEEP (fail!)---> Get lucky and wake up wrapped up like a cigar in energy body-->roll out into ditch beside bed--> go through walls---> Color Realm of my town. I am trying to connect the pieces where I fall asleep. From purple puffs, I'm looking for IOBs, faces right? Then how does that lead to energy body?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

  • 4 & 5, Any movement done in silence can aid the process of preventing you from getting pulled back into the monologue. Silvio Manuel danced. Clara did martial arts with a long pole. But Tensegrity has a very specific and different intent to other movements, even on the surface they have a different speed and feel.

  • 6, Don't worry about that. If someone is doing sitting practice do they worry that shifting their weight or changing leg position slightly will break the spell? We aren't robots.

  • 7, You aren't the only one confused! Mystery is great isn't it!

On number two "seek silence with the eyes (let them find their balance?)" was very good advice someone in here learned from trial and error. And that awareness travels with the gaze, (the eyes beckon intent).

If your gaze is inwards (eyes closed) your perception naturally travels inward.
