I spent a long time in Fancy's last night.
Looking for the exit.
I want to see outside, to figure out where it's located.
The technique is simple! Any of you can do it.
But you have to be able to move your assemblage point all the way down the J curve.
But not necessarily back up the front. The breath doesn't have to have changed yet.
You look for whitish light on surfaces.
If the room is filled to the brink with puffs, you need to clear those out by scooping them onto your torso.
Which is how you build the energy body of the second attention, a house for the first attention's body.
Anyone remember the proper name for the first attention's body? I'm making an illustration and couldn't figure out what to call it. Tonal body is correct? First Attention body?

When you find the whitish light you study the texture. Don't forget to look on everything at first. Bedspread can be used for remote viewing, floor for high up aerial views of tiny towns in Mexico or anywhere in the universe.
But what you're looking for is a cave or tunnel.

If you can't get rid of that internal dialogue, you can't possibly do this.
In fact, once you can see the whitish light and the details it's forming, meaning, a world is about to "assemble", even the slightest thought will end the process.

Your glow of awareness can probably only extend down 1 inch. Your assemblage point, projected out to the cocoon limits, may be a foot or two in diameter.
In some people, who tend to end up as nasty cult leaders due to their ability to take more social considerations into account and manipulate people, it can be HUGE. Like, a 4-6 foot diameter assemblage point, projected back there on the luminous shell, around 6-8 feet back from you. Carlos and the witches visited a guru lady like that.
She wanted to have sex with Carlos. Don't they always? If their cult falls apart, they can write a book:
"How I got busy with Carlos Castaneda."
Visually the outer shell of the overall luminous body tends to look like it's located 15 feet back. Even beyond the bedroom wall, if necessary.
I haven't figured out why, but I suppose space is expanded as you gaze at the purple smoke floating around in your dark room.
As you practice "puffery", you'll notice purple light forming a vague shell back there.
Note: No one (Carlos nor witches) ever said that was your luminous shell. But a few of us have concluded, that's what it is. And that Tensegrity "redeploys" what's already inside you. The stuff you scoop! It's been pushed out to the "edges", and you need to bring it back to the center.
But when the assemblage point is superimposed on the physical body, on your back, it can't possibly extend more than an inch. I estimate that from Carlos' J curve demonstration, where he moved his index finger slowly along the curve, commenting what happens there.
He only moved left or right on the green and red lines, 1 inch either direction!

While in that lower form of silence, you can't think about the super crazy electric bill (thank you Cholita...) which is only visible way up on the shoulder blades at the blue line, while also perceiving what's happening down near the red line.
You'd burn with the fire from within, if you could do that!
Silence is mandatory. That's the inescapable truth. No silence, no assembling other worlds.
Your awareness only reaches so far.
Once you see texture in the whitish light, sit up on the bed and summon "equanimity".
Internal silence is not quite equanimity. You can be silent, and absolutely "interested" in the intense magic you can learn to see all around you.
You have to not care, because caring too much will bring back the internal dialogue.
You're trying to find very subtle things. You can't "jump the gun" and think, "Oh, that one looks like a bunny rabbit!!! See the floppy ears???"
But you can think, not in words but in "recognition", "Rabbit. Nope. Wall. Brick. Useful."
Carlos called the the things you can find "Skimmings", and said you intercept "Phantom Intent".
Phantom intent = only you see it. If you had 1 billion seeing the same thing, it would no longer be "phantom".
I like the word, "Skimmings" because if you see texture in the whitish light, you can scan your head left to right slowly, like the recap, to search for "details" that reveal what it will become.
You literally skim the surface of the whitish light, for details. Phantom intent.
But how to find an IOB cave, instead of assembling a jungle in Vietnam?
Or a living room from the 1950s?

You have to have encountered an IOB, at least a little.
Only they can bring you there.
But the good news is, they WANT to.
You might say, "But that IOB cave has human touches! How can that be their world?"
Get yourself some 4 gates dreaming, and you can answer that.
The IOBs are nothing but projections.
Even if you visit their world, you still see projections.
They stuck Carlos and Carol Tiggs in a little shack, naked, with some clothes for them to wear.
So they're all about projections.
You have to be seeing energy big time, as in nearly, "Stop the world", to find their true form. A Mexican prayer candle sort of shape for some types.
Or you can find it by desentigrating them with your finger.
More 4 gates dreaming.
I suppose, it's not a total waste of time to do lucid dreaming, if you actually follow instructions, and stop obsessing over sharing dreams with your buddies.
It's probably the easiest way to get the dark energy we need, to move that far down the J curve.
A witch can substitute, but you have to find a real one. The play type are in fact witches, but they're sort of like the "inventory warriors" of the witching world. Not much dark energy there.
