I always assumed it was Little Smoke, except when Little Smoke follows Cholita she's a puff of white smoke. Golf ball sized. Literally, a "little smoke" ball.

People should read the workshop notes and private class materials along with this. They go hand in hand, because some of the same people that are in the documentary are in the notes.
Real people are complicated and opinionated. Non-sorcerers that is. And their observations of sorcerer's are based on an altogether different worldview.
