what does it mean to ,,see energy,,and can someone see it with eyegalasses or bad eyesight

Bad eyesight is not an issue. Using goggles instead of curtains/shades to make a dark space, just blurs some of the open-eye details.

We've not gone into strategies for people who are blind or nearly blind, as no one so challenged has wandered in here yet.

And as far as what energy means in a Nagualist context, energy=attention may be the most accurate comparison.

Imagine the "string theory" people turned out to be right, and the universe is made out of strings of something.

And that you can learn to visually see them.

But in order to do that, you have to get rid of the idea that you are separate from everything else. That idea was brainwashed into us, by our parents.

I suppose they had no choice, but they were pretty brutal about it in most cases.

We're a bubble on those strings, or fibers, of light.

If our bubble contains a string, we can sense that string.

If it doesn't, we can't.

If you perceive a string, it starts to glow.

Making it even easier to see.

The ones not glowing can be right in front of you, but they're invisible as long as you don't notice them.

Trillions. Not billions or millions. Which means, since our world is made out of a "bundle" of those strings, we have access to at least 800 worlds. And 10,000 more "bizarre versions".

The main technique which can unlock all forms of seeing (there are many), is to learn to flatten a spot in the air, and make the surface strings light up.

You materialize a flat surface with the top layer of strings, glowing in a whitish light.

Now by manipulating that surface with your fingers, you can ditch the top layer, and move down to the next layer.

It's almost like you have a stack of DVDs, and you're tossing the top one aside with your fingers, to see what the next DVD is.

When you find one that has cover art you like, (like "Men in Black"), you can pop it in the DVD player and watch that movie.

We do the same with "reality".

Now, it gets weirder, because you can actually walk right into that movie, when you have enough, "power".

Or if you have a spirit to help you.

Last night my spirit taught me 4 more ways to use that flat surface.

But I had slid the stack of DVDs down halfway, and was perceiving reality through one I usually don't get down to.

So what she taught me is stuck in an older movie, like "Casablanca".

Today I can only remember one of the ways she taught me.

She taught me to stop gazing into the flat surface, and moving my fingers to alter it.

Instead, she suggested I lean in, tilt my head, so that my right cheekbone can feel the surface.

Then, select the DVD based on "feeling" what that movie made me feel like when I last saw it.

Instant teleportation!

I found myself many places, but being partial to demons, my favorite (and the only one I can make sense of), was traveling into a brown cave, where a demonic being tried to attack me though a crevice.

I kind of like that sort of thing, which bummed him out.

That's seeing.

Now be sure you understand. This subreddit is the real thing. We do what we explain.

There's no pretending in here, like there is everywhere else.

It's sort of like how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu kicks Asian butt every time.

The Asians talk a lot and tell you how grand their master is.

But he falls in 5 seconds against a Brazilian fighter. Or someone who's actually doing the real thing, and not pretending.

So let's say that Brazil, being in south America, doesn't care about impressing people with how wonderful their "master" is.

They just want to kick butt for real.

The magic in here is Olmec. Same continuous land mass.

It's 10K year old south american magic, from before agriculture made everyone stupid.

But you have to do it. You can't understand it.

You can only do.

So people don't survive in here very long. Too lazy.

And there's plenty of places you can pretend, which is a lot more easy.

And satisfies what most people want, from things like this.
