No, but I suspect you have to be in a dreaming world with its own energy.

The common way you get to those is by falling asleep in perfect silence.

Maybe because you aren't thinking and creating a bunch of messy intent, you go into a dream where there's enough intent to pull you: A world with its own energy.

Dream selection probably follows the same rules as using the whitish light to translocate or materialize dreams in the air.

When I end up in one of those dreams only reached through silence, I'm either with a sorcerer who's been talking to me the whole time, or one of my inorganic beings has taken on fully real human form, and is showing me around.

I've never managed to get into one fully lucid, by myself. That's probably the only dream in which you have to avoid them.

Lily did that last night. Followed me into a dream.

I was visiting her amusement park full awake, using the telescope, did it for long enough to get tired, and then just told her, "Let's end it here. I don't want to completely use up my energy."

I felt bad for stopping, since she was the one who made it possible.

Almost as soon as my head hit the pillow, I believe she pulled me into that place. She did what I asked, when she thought it was safe. When I wasn't in my physical body.

And, I can't remember any of it.

We don't remember things the way we think. It doesn't just "pop into your mind".

You remember some little side detail first. Like, "What, you mean last Tuesday evening?"

And using side indexes we can find the record.

In dreaming that far along the J curve, there are no side indexes.

All I remember is Lily being really helpful. And I only remember that, because she was saying goodbye as I woke up to go to work.

There's a relationship of all the weird things you can learn in sorcery, to all the rest.

It ends up boiling down to, we can locate in multiple realities. And the means of selection is similar to how we got trapped in this one.

Once you can get silent, changing realities at other times of day is automatic.

(Not as often as you'd like.)

That statement applies to both, and isn't useful in figuring this out.

Don Juan explains elsewhere, inorganic beings which have a lot of emanations in common with us make good partners.

I don't want to say ally because that's a weird point of view belonging to the troublesome men of knowledge.

Lily is not my Ally. She's a good friend.

Don Juan also says elsewhere that inorganic beings with virtually no emanations in common with us are nearly useless.

He also suggests (combined with googling how many plant, insect, and animal species live on earth), that there are more then 4 million types of inorganic beings. Probably the useless ones far outnumber the useful ones.

Cholita has 2 kinds of those useless ones, so I can say from direct experience that it's true they're useless.

One is a tree spirit she has in her garden. It's visible to humans, but won't interact. At least, I can't get it to interact. But it is soothing to see it standing there. Cholita likes to lay in a lawn chair next to it. I haven't seen her speak to it, which is not true of the Devil's Weed entity. She talks to him as if he were real.

And she has a shadow man. Picked it up on a road trip by train.

They interact with humans, but about the same way a cockroach interacts. If disturbed they scurry around. In their case, looking like a man who is entirely flat black.

Don Juan had one of those guarding his house.

But no inorganic being is inside ourselves. At most we overlap with them by just 1% or less.

(A guess).

So that part makes no sense.

They're living beings, and don't exist because of us.

Carlos didn't understand emanations and luminous eggs at this point. Don Juan couldn't have explained it the right way.

And, he was teaching Carlos "exactly like my benefactor", meaning, perhaps they always start with the point of view of the "Men of Knowledge".

And don Juan spoke in Spanish.

We have the translated English.

So maybe what don Juan really meant, isn't in those words. It would be interesting to see the Spanish version.

Probably all don Juan meant was, Mescalito doesn't have enough emanations in common with us to make him trainable.

He's "outside our range of emanations".

I'd say that this rules out him being one of the 3 Vincente inorganic beings, except that my inorganic being "Mystery" could project himself as 5 people. And commonly did for a while when Cholita first dropped him in my room as a prank.

So Carlos running into 3 men on the road after planting Vicente's plants, doesn't really mean he saw all 3 of Vicente's allies. Just that at least one was present.

And I've seen another inorganic being do the same in 4 gates dreaming. In fact, anyone who actually did 4 gates dreaming, will have seen that a single inorganic being can project a small crowd.

Which goes to show, there's a lot more pretending to be seriously doing 4 gates dreaming, than actually are. Or that would be common knowledge.

When my inorganic being Fancy first arrived, she was almost always clinging to a second being, which I named, "Bob", because he was so boring.

Taisha has Phoebus and Globus.

So there's nothing her to indicate Mescalito could not be counted as one of Vicente's 3 inorganic beings, even if he wasn't very trainable.

Nor anything to indicate he would be counted.

It's a bust.

Fortunately, we can find out!

Via re-runs.

I've gone back and seen La Gorda's life for a couple of hours.

Vicente would be interesting to witness.

To do that, move the assemblage point to the end of the J curve, using Tensegrity, Silence, and Darkness.

Like the harder working in here have learned to do.

Keep in mind you plan to learn about Vicente. We want to add "trace intent".

Then forget that. We can't make our own intent subtle. We're like Godzilla stomping on Tokyo, if we try to get our way with the emanations.

But if you add your goal "to the air", it sticks around for days.

Then when you can see your room even in perfect darkness (past the puffs of color), you are "seeing energy".

It's pretty simple. The room is pitch black, so you can't possibly see it.

And yet you look, and there it is. You're "seeing energy".

The "Silent Knowledge" publication goes into more detail on this.

Then, sit up on the bed, gaze straight ahead, and remove absolutely all traces of internal dialogue, images in the mind, self-reflection, and even forget who you are, what you were doing, and anything else involving "you" as a separate thing from what you are perceiving.

Chances are all sorts of really exciting things will happen and distract you from finishing this technique.

For instance, the thing were you call out the name of a person, and then he shows up for you to "see" him, as some weird mushroom shape.

Same technique. There's probably endless variations of this technique, which could be summed up as "skimming" energy for a specific outcome.

But you have to pass on them all. Don't accept anything that easy to summon.

Keep watching until you don't know the difference between one thing, and another.

If you hit the jackpot, you'll sense something (probably to your left and down), turn your head involuntarily, and find yourself in some part of Vicente's life.

(I suspect the double helps turn the head.)

While in the "re-run", maybe you'll be Carlos. But you won't be able to figure out who you are, unless someone speaks your name.

And there's no reason for people who know each other, to keep speaking the other person's name.

As I've found out.

Nor any reason for Carlos to raise his head, and look at Vicente directly.

That's the frustration of re-runs. Just because you are in it, doesn't mean you get enough information to know what's what.

It plays like a poorly edited movie.

You can leave easily during the first 5 seconds. Just turn your head back the other way.

But if you try to leave later on, you'll lose awareness and wake up in the bed hours later.

I assume that the assemblage point shifts drastically to the side (horizontal shift) the longer you remain in the memory.

So the only exit if you remain too long, causes loss of awareness of what is going on.

Anyway, if you really want to be an "inventory expert" on the books, I suggest learning to do re-runs.

We'd have to make a new category for such a person.

We have "inventory warrior" now, to warn people someone has posted material that's only about information from the books, and has no experiential value, or value in helping people learn.

New people tend to do that, not understanding the goal of this subreddit. To restore the reputation of Carlos by teaching the actual sorcery from the books, to people who can go help others learn it also.

But what would you call an inventory warrior who can go back in time, and get a closer look at his inventory???

That kind of inventory warrior would be a big hit at parties.

Basically, the world is 100% "bad players".

Everyone's personality is based on the false idea of a "self" they must defend, to make sure it's gets it's due respect and number of treats.

It's created by the interaction of us as a baby, with our family.

By the time someone grows to be a "Toltec Nagual Shaman", they're a truly miserable human being.
