Not sure exactly what it means, im rlly new lol. It may just be apart of hypnagogia but when looking into it i couldnt find much info on fractals being apart of hypnagogic imagery. Anyone know what it means?

To be the devil's advocate, how long after you close your eyes do you see the fractals? Because when you lightly press on your eyelids while they're closed, it is very common to see fractal-like patterns.
Those could be a path to the second attention, if they're more sustained in duration; which I guess could simply be accomplished by continually or periodically putting very light pressure on your eyeballs.
Or maybe by palming.

It normally takes me maybe 10 ish minutes to start seeing things like fractals, but it isnt just fractals either. Sometimes they morph into hallways or other imagery, which is normally when hypnagogia starts to kick in before sleep so i thought maybe that was what it was
It's a really simple thing to get one of the masks that are listed in this post and do it with eyes open anywhere.
And eventually open-eyed in the daytime!
Ill def look into that! Thanks!
Huh? Another cheap trick!
I knew it before, but I didn't like it very much. The pressure feels uncomfortable with time. Even just light pressure.
Looks like the subreddit that someone who posted in here setup awhile back as a direct result of their post, has 475 members now:

It means you should watch those as long as you can, while forcing yourself silent.
Watching ANYTHING coming from the second attention (something that "isn't really there") will pull on the assemblage point, usually downwards. Where we want it to go.
But you have to be silent. Or at the least, no "ME" thoughts.
Unfortunately, it takes some darkroom skill to identify ME versus non-ME thoughts.
So just force silence!
THC can also cause those. But it keeps you pinned at the green line.
Alright, thanks! Ill keep on practicing inner silence throughout the day
But always remember, darkroom was just Little Smoke's idea. If you go back very far in the posts, you can actually see where she was teaching me that, and I didn't understand. At one point I was convinced she was showing me a video game like technique that could be used by everyone.
So it's easy to find "techniques" and believe those are "the path".
But any of the cool events from the books could be made into a complete path to all of it.
You could sit on a windy mountain top and gaze at a red rag stuck to a stick in the ground, and try summoning various animal forms.
It's totally doable!
It's just, no one has yet.
And no one has done this yet also, unless Juan has some tips.
You could practice sorcery out of the corner of your eyes.
All day, look for "weirdness" in the areas not completely in focus.
It's no different than staring at puffs.
You still need to be silent, but the weirdness stuff would help you know when you've succeeded.
We just don't have anyone who's done that, and can provide "what to look" for type advice.
We really don't need that. Except to convince us it's worth the effort.
Trust me when I say, there's a LOT of weirdness in our daily view of the world. We just ignore it.
