I’ve been working to wake up earlier and practice in the mornings as I have been feeling that is more effective.
As such I practiced yesterday morning. I’ve been doing more tensegrity and I think it has been beneficial. I’ve definitely found it silence more difficult lately, but apart from that the practice was par for the course.
Last night however, I was in a dream and I had the realization that I was dreaming. I just went along with it and observed. At some point I saw a close friend that was pretty out of place being in the dream. As I walked up to him he asked me “Do you know who I am?” with kind of an angry inflection.
I told him that I did and that he was me(because he was an element of my dream) and then I gave him a hug and said I love you buddy.
I woke up pretty excited about the experience and immediately started having split perception and felt like I was separating.
I ended up basically standing on top of myself in bed and thought to myself is this the double? I couldn’t move however, and I remembered how Carlos would have trouble walking as first when in the double.
Pretty quickly after that I woke up in my bed as nothing had happened, but I was seeing second attention elements while awake.
This was a really cool intent gift!

It's not uncommon for the double to show up, long before people have worked hard enough to find it.
I don't know why that happens...
Maybe, "The knock of the spirit"?
Just remember, it comes out all by itself, once you reach the orange zone.
Don't let an intent gift distract you from that goal.

I just take it as a sign to stay on the path and Intent will take it from there!
It turns out, visits from the double are common.
Maybe it was the 4 gates dreaming obsession that made people think the double was difficult.
But if you read Taisha's "new" book, all you have to do to bring the double, is get it interested in what you are doing.
After you move your assemblage point to HA.
That makes more sense than it being difficult.
As Carlos pointed out, some people's double is "right there".
Standing next to them.
So they come around at a whim.
Cholita's double visited me at least once every 2 weeks.
Now that she's gone, no more visits.
I was wondering about that.
It was just coming near to Cholita probably, and noticed my activities.

But unlike people in lineages, we need to practice to make use of them.
Nobody is going to push our assemblages points.
Even when everything seems automatic, you need actual sorcery skills to take advantage of that extra luck.
As long as you are committed, it is a good reward system.
Incredible treasures are revealed to us by the gifts.
We get glimpses ahead of time.
