It’s like looking down a circular tunnel and the walls are checkerboard. Usually starts off very tiny and can become big enough to envelop my whole head. In one instance I saw a lot of little tunnels.

The inorganic beings live in tunnels. Once you can move your assemblage point below the green line, it's common to see inorganic being tunnels. On occasion you can enter.

But don't. Just try to stick an arm, or even your head, in there.

It sounds like you're sitting in a chair with your eyes closed, so that you can do with it will be limited.

Try to stand up and open your eyes! If you have an IOB interested in you, they'll begin to teach you themselves.

No kidding. For real.
