The body has its own intent which causes another type of knowledge than the thoughts in mind. It should be obvious that the body deserves an excellent treatment. And healthy food is a part of it. So, in inner silence you may discover what the body really wants. No more need for magazines about nutritional advices. You'll feel what's appropriate. Or, the body always feels. People just forgot to listen to.

Damn, i read all the books and i try to do what the books try to teach, but never have Castañeda been living in my mind rent free like the people who always post the same "article" (rants) about the books not beign real. The obvious jealousy makes me laugh and make me realize what a great gift to humanity have the books been to the people who try to understand the teachings with a good will to become aware of the other side.

Quantum physicists have basically came to the same conclusion, that the world is nowhere near as solid and inviolable as we would like to believe. And neither are it's laws, at least on the quantum-level.

They haven't yet made the leap-up to the macro -level.
