Experiences on darkroom gazing

When i read Carlos books It fascinated me a lot

i was born at Buddhist country (thailand) but hard to get knowledges, i mean real knowledges

because most of monks teach us with copy words from the books but not their own experience of practicing

so after for while.. i dig on this subreddit found many useful tricks & knowledges but for some of words it's still hard for me to understand

Sawadee krap! Welcome and keep on practicing. I've yet to see anything similar to the frog egg pattern which you mentioned, but I've seen puffers shaped like skulls or screaming faces. What color was the lights you saw when gazing?

it's point of orange and in the middle it's yellow

i tried to maintain that light as long as i can

but seem like i can't hold it for long time

You'll get better with time and practice. Keep your intent sharp and your inner dialogue silent. If automatic thinking keeps on happening, keep bringing your attention back to silence, little victories add up.

yes, my eyes was open

but the first one mostly happened to me while i'm lay down on the bed

and gazing in to dark, i'm not intent to do that, but it's happen by it self

Right on!

You'll see the puffs (small clouds) if you stick to it.

Try not to stare, but instead look all over with curiosity and inner-silence.

Don't be afraid to get up and move while you look for puffs in the dark

A picture maker!

Stick to the beginners path if you can.

Find the puffs of purple light (or any color) and build up your "energy body".

We're trying to switch to the double, more than anything else.

The double is the one who can do those kungfu moves from 1970s Hong Kong kungfu movies.

He can fly, float, spin in the air doing a flying kick, for as long as he likes. And he's "invunerable" to attack.

The puffs of color and all the J curve colors, are just to get you to "the double".

Using silence.

Don't make the mistake of others.

To believe we are trying to see weird things.

The weird things we "see" are just to help you get silent. To test if you have removed that "internal dialogue".

Buddhists never learn to do that.

They stop in the red zone, but mostly they play up at the green line.

We ignore both of those, and only move through those, to get to the bottom and back up the front.

No worries.

And the words confused me for a long time. I insisted on understanding them and how they related, to what I already knew. The ones that can relate anyway.

Decades ago. I went on a Bon / Buddhist tibetian tradition (Bon tibetian shamanism mixed with a bit of buddhism). Learning and reading spree. The Bon tradition, made sense to me. A lot. And corresponded to experiences I already had. I never practiced shamanism as it used entities or spirits . And I'd had many personal experiences with Demons and bad spirits and a few good (IOBs). I was just plain scared of them, in general.

Even the Om... was years later shown to me by an IOB. It even showed me the waveform of the actual sound... In 3d no less! Not to mention had it going so loud a physical person could not tolerate it.

It was very close to OM they use but not exactly. There was a bit more.

Maybe humans cant make that sound? I am not a music expert.

Anywho. Nice picture! I can only do stick figures.

When I tried it the first thing I saw was purple puffs that kind of morph and sometimes I can see little objects show up, random stuff. I recently bought a mask so i can open my eyes and have darkness as it was hard to be fully dark with eyes open. When I start doing this I feel a tingling in my upper back near the spine but a little to the left as it was sort of behind my heart, so to speak.
