A few months ago I wanted to take advantage of the lower interest rates. So an appraiser came to the house.

Turned out really well, but he did click some close up shots of "strange details".

Weird stuff Cholita did.

I was sure it would be harmful to the estimated home price, but it came out 10% above what was expected. Last time it was 10% below expected.
