Real Magic is Cool. Fake Magic is Boring. Easy to See the Difference!

As best I can capture it, cutting and pasting google images. But not too far off!

As best I can capture it, cutting and pasting google images. But not too far off!

Ok, come on. Buddha??? Are you guys kidding?

At the very least, there ought to be tons of fun stories. Not just a few, and the Buddha always smells like flowers.

That's called, "pretend". Likely the Budda was just a typical bad player like we get 3 times a week.

But he hit the jackpot, like Robert Monroe with his crappy Monroe Institute.

Which will destroy your ability to learn sorcery, if you actually take all of his "classes".

Or whatever they call stealing your money.

Let's try to put this in perspective. Imagine everyone in the world lives in Shanghai, where the Chinese government has locked up everyone. Pretending it's because of Covid. And somehow that goes on several generations. Until not a single living person has gone outside.

Some man named, "Budda Bob" gets hold of some binoculars, and looks outside.

Then he makes up stories of his amazing adventures sneaking outside in defiance of the government.

But he's only got like 3 decent stories. And they're kind of pitiful.

He went to the Kentucky fried Chicken. Big deal, I've been to that very one myself.

And he found some stray hookers in blue dresses, and because he's a Saint he turned his back.

That's the Budda guy. So why do people fall for it? Why did our only double male Tony, fall for it?

Now he has nothing...

It's because they have a built in "bad player reward system"!

Buddhism is motivated by greed to be famous. To sit on the little throne, and have the Dali Lama praise your amazing wisdom.

So you can cheat people too.

That's the lure of Buddhism.

It sure can't be magic! They don't actually have any.

I'd get tossed into a pit of corpses, locked in to die, if I went around trying to wake up those in slavery to Buddhism.

As Buddhists have actually done, so that they didn't technically "take a life".

They're ok pimping young women, but taking a life is were they draw the line. So they'll just get some rotting corpses to do that part.

In Japan, they used to crucify Christians who came to convert people.

Ok...

Can't criticize that. Sounds better than the Jehovah's witness contamination they have in Taiwan. They should have just crucified one of them for a few minutes, let him down, and deported him.

Now they have Christians in an ancestor worshipping country. And they won't even share the Buddhist temple like other tiny religious factions.

Sorry, got carried away. Christians in Asia are just plain nuts. Even Paul was told by God to stay out of Asia. And said so in the bible.

But a REAL story about going outside in locked down Shanghai, would be hundreds of stories.

An everyday thing. Until you got tired of it and realized, it's perfectly normal to go outside. It doesn't make Buddha Bob a saint.

It just means you have a very crappy social order.

Likewise for the con artist Krishnamurti, the Daoist deceiver Lao Tsu, and the Brazilian favorite, Gurdjieff.

He helps explain Castaneda? Really??? What exactly is he famous for anyway other than painting sparrows pretty colors so he could sell them in the market place?

And any famous hindu who's name is impossible to remember. It won't do anyone any good, to go on and on about "higher" states of consciousness. If it were even true, it would keep you from getting there. Not help.

"Knowing" is expecting, and it's a dirty link to intent!

The more "sacred scriptures" fill your head, the worse your chances are to go outside.

All of those famous "spiritual men" just got some binoculars, and are trying to con people who "never get out" with made up stories about life in the sunlight.

And you fell for it!

We all did.

But what's normal is, you actually DO get to go outside and explore the world!

And you don't need chanting monks to follow you, or angels signing over your head.

It's just outdoors, that's all.

The second attention is just "places to go, things to see".

It's only a big deal if everyone around you is faking.

SO DON'T FAKE IT!

But yes. You do actually have to put in some work to remove the blinders that have been placed over our eyes.

The internal dialogue.

And because we're all lousy "Buddha Boys", stealing crummy old worn out Hinduism and pretending to revolutionize it so we can cheat most of Asia, you need to be forced to be honest.

That's what darkroom is for. You can't cheat.

You can lie to others, but you can't make it work for yourself unless it really did.

Or you drug yourself up. Which eventually ends any possibility of you learning the real thing.

Don't do that!

By the way, "working" is not "I saw some orbs!"

Working is, "I don't want to tell you what I did last night. You'll lynch me."

I believe we might need a "Practical Magic" flair!

There's more coming if we don't lose the subreddit.

The details for this post are in the advanced subreddit.

They aren't good for beginners to hear, because it'll just dirty your link to intent even more.

The energy bubbles in the sky start forming a watery web after a certain silence is achieved while gazing.

The waves will start to coalesce into a pulsating point of focus, which will move as ones gaze moves.

That point starts to pull at my abdomen. It feels like a tunnel. There is a distinct upward pull, and it feels like my body will be left behind. The feeling is currently terrifying, although reassuring to my knowledge that this path is indeed worthwhile.

Have many of you worked with these tunnels?

Dan, your tunnel system sounds like a formation of will and intent, whereas what I seem to be experiencing has no rudder.

I'd imagine the more silence I can gather in those moments of 'terror' would be the key.

Let's try to put this in perspective. Imagine (a fictional scenario where) everyone in the world lives in Shanghai, where the Chinese government has locked up everyone. Pretending it's because of Covid (instead of the desire to control it's citizens). And somehow that goes on several generations. Until not a single living person has gone outside.

Some man named, "Budda Bob" gets hold of some binoculars, and looks outside.

This is the paragraph in the post you're referring to.

You're not a very good reader if you made that interpretation (or you're an asshat).

It's probably a Kachora zombie. I'd expect him to delete that ID soon.

They still haven't given up! But shit slingers are common in the river of filth. Could be just some random troll guy.

I can't figure out if it's Kachora's "handlers" who are so aggressive. Or his fans.

How could anyone be that big of a fan of pretend sorcery anyway?

But someone went to see Kachora in person back in the late 90s or early 2000, and concluded he wasn't behind the deception.

The theory is that two men started the con, and are hoping the old geezer will die off and they can put on the Rambo Bandana and keep all the money.

Covid

I'm going to block you. So when you see this, expect to be blocked the next time I remember you. You won't be able to see any of my posts from now on, unless you get a new ID.

It turns out to be good for finding stalkers. They'll somehow "hide" the account in response to this message, then can't control themselves and return to taunt again.

By the way, I'm also a "woke denier". So have a fun time at the angry convention!

Your Facebook post from yesterday where you go into the definition of Practical Magic a bit more:

Hello, thanks for the post. I was wondering what you didn’t like about the Gateway experience, specifically what you mean by it destroying your ability to perform sorcery? Thinking he’s making his stories up I understand of course, and the prices of the classes and his tapes are highway robbery, I’m more wondering the effect on sorcery it has.

I assume you refer to Monroe?

It teaches you to pretend your ordinary dreams into "real experiences".

And it fills your head with a delusional explanation of reality. One that guides anything you experience, in the wrong direction. It even has hints of Hinduism and Buddhism as "justifications", with a slight touch of Judaism.

It's death to sorcery!

When people no longer seek real magic, but will make up something as long as they can get attention from other humans.

And when they encounter something that might wake them up, their heads are filled with nonsensical stories added on by Monroe to deceive his followers.

But just ask yourself! Where's the community of successful Monroe followers?

Not a random discussion group with everyone fighting to climb their way above others.

A place like this one!!

You could find one for model trains. Or gymnastics.

But none for Monroe because it doesn't exist.

Sorcery is not "cozy", so it's hard enough to accept the "coldness" of it, even when you are looking at magic that kicks Harry Potter's butt.

Which I do nightly because I followed the instructions Carlos gave us.

Monroe told everyone, those instructions don't work, so use his.

And after all these years, NOTHING from it.

But Carlos had students who succeeded. They just didn't didn't go out to profit from it.

Last night I was in a vast cave stretching hundreds of miles, watching the flow of the earth's energy, while a 100,000 year old entity gave me lectures on how to use it, which can't possibly be repeated from this level.

And I did that for hours. Have done it every night the last week. And could do it for the entire next year.

It's "real", as opposed to lying about your dreams.

Monroe is a CLASSIC bad player. Stick around here and you'll see them come and go.

The entire world of magic has been destroyed by people like Monroe.

If you aren't old enough, you won't realize that Monroe is merely another "Castaneda substitute" from his era.

A bad man stealing from others by pretending to have knowledge he doesn't.

And there's some new man who's taken over!

Both bad men.

Think of what it would take to get you to go out and pretend to have knowledge you don't.

You wouldn't.

I was referring to the Monroe institute. Thank you so much for the insight and deep response! Stumbling upon this subreddit has been truly amazing, I’ve not seen a community like it anywhere.

u/danl999 3 points 2022-06-06 16:41

Shit gives rise to shit. The monroe institute is just like him.

Made up for cash.

Now, it could in fact be "fixed".

I've been tinkering with some other systems for decades.

But it's impossible to find any serious people who would want to "fix it".

I've got a thing in the Abramelin subreddit right now. Had to block a stalker, but there do seem to be two people in there sincerely wanting to make Abramelin work.

Which it does!

But they just want to play with the acrostic squares on paper.

No one wants to do the work Abramelin did to make the squares magical.

People always skip to the attention seeking part.

Fascinating, I’ve just begun learning Castaneda’s teachings, would I be correct in assuming the useful part of the ritual would be contacting the double? (not HGA as I’ve seen it mentioned in the ritual) I’ve also seen a very large amount of people be drawn in by the fire and forget nature promised of “Sigil Magick” and the squares.

u/danl999 6 points 2022-06-06 19:47

He's "near the goal".

Despite how amazing it makes the double sound in the early books, the double comes out automatically when doing darkroom.

Or Tensegrity!

He just becomes visible in the dark more easily.

There's a smooth merging into and out of the double, during advanced darkroom.

I got a lecture on that last night! Maybe I'll have to make a picture.

But essentially, while doing darkroom if you need to do something "impossible", the tonal shrinks, the double comes out, you do what was impossible (like reach behind a solid wall), and then you go back into your tonal body (your physical body).

With no obvious change over.

The lecture I got was, "You idiot! Can't you feel that the instant you change over all your worries go from your mind? And when you switch back, you're neck deep in self-pity again???"

Uh...

No. Hadn't noticed that yet.

No one realizes that at the time, because the transition is completely smooth. You just assume it was a "mood swing" because you wanted to grab that magical goblet in front of you. The one behind the wall.

There's a famous story where the "Little Sisters", the female apprentices of don Juan, have learned to run in circles around a room, until eventually they're running on the walls.

Turns out, they just learned to switch to the double that way.

There are some other techniques where you "run into the double".

And my own explorations in the second attention, require a smooth switch over if I travel past the limits of the room.

But, reaching the double is only an indication you are "almost" where we need to go.

On the "new" J curve, this picture:

https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda/comments/uwtoln/the_magic_of_tensegrity_is_an_intent_trail/

The double shows up when your assemblage point touches the purple.

It's close enough to where the energy body's own assemblage point is located.

But it's not our goal.

Our goal is to move our assemblage point directly over that energy body assemblage point. On the very end of that purple part.

So that both assemblage points are "facing the same direction".

Although we don't have enough info to know if maybe they aren't facing "opposite" directions.

It's "in alignment" is what matters.

That's the goal.

Silent Knowledge comes there.

That's the goal! To replace Carlos, who died, with infinity as our teacher.

There's a lot more than happens as the assemblage point slides left on that purple part, but that's a whole complicated lesson.

For one thing, "the abstract" starts to manifest.

Something you can only experience. And while experiencing it, it seems perfectly normal.

Until you try to come up with even a single word, to talk about it to someone else.

And it's impossible.

It turns out, or normal thought process is only a tiny bit of what we're capable of.

Some things, can't be fit into words.

And not only do you get lectures on anything you want to know, in Silent Knowledge, but some of them are abstract.

It seems, SK can in fact replace Carlos.

It can become your teacher.

Except, it's NUTS.

It teaches what to do with the abstract also.

I was driving to get some parts at Home Depot just now, and got a lecture on how I needed to insert a volume of bluish light to the right into the opening in the cloud directly in front, high up and slightly to the left.

As if the sky were running out of blue paint.

But when I looked, it was so obvious!

Yes, of course I needed to grab the gigantic volume of bluish light outside my car on the right, with my hand, and stick it 5 miles away in an opening formed by clouds in the sky.

Perfectly reasonable...

Afterall, Cholita sees skulls up there.

And THAT'S our goal? Silent Knowledge.

Some witches possibly become obsessed with that half of Silent Knowledge.

It's a little like, if you had Cholita and me discussing sorcery, I might tell her, "Yea, I've found this cool vast underground transport system abandoned for 100,000 years, and a being at least that old is teaching me how to use it."

But Cholita's gone "Curiosa", a witch who no longer cares about our view of reality, and she says, "I'm still trying to push aside the red moons blocking Pleiades from the view of the Gremlin people so they'll move over, and I can sneak past their walls and hook a beam of light to the dark wall a few light years away.

I suppose doing so, makes those "emanations" available in the future.

To any human.

I've been to the monroe Institute. And you will find good people there from all across the world trying to learn out of body experience. I even knew someone who was a skeptic at first but learned to bend spoon after spending 2 weeks there.

The problem with the institute is that the notable experiences are few and far among the students and not easily repeatable. And, it's very expensive. They don't have teachers that could do what they are teaching at will themselves.

At least in this sub reddit nobody is selling you anything. And all you are required to do is spend time reading posts and practice. That is all. But most people who stumble upon here don't do their homework, ask questions that can easily be found and never practice. All of this is tolerated in other places on the internet where there's endless discussion but no actual Magick. Not here. And that can make people upset.

I’m glad to hear you had a good experience with it, my main gripe has been the ridiculous cost associated with it, it’s so greedy compared to the image they try to present, imo. Also I find the distaste for “Armchair Sorcery” here very refreshing!
