I stumbled upon shaman journey practices earlier this year. From the very first journey until now, there is a very strong duality aspect of myself that is glaringly obvious. Also, the message is clear; I need to integrate the dark-light / spirit-flesh two halves of myself.
As I was reading the introduction to this Reddit group, the above quote and proceeding explanation on the integration of two aspects of ourselves to become whole is Very similar to the message that has been related to me over and over.
Coming from a cult-like Judeo Christian upbringing. And later, 20 years of total materialist rejection of pretty much anything resembling religion - with spirituality thrown out in that bathwater. I can sense that binary thinking is deeply imbedded in my psych.
I intuitively sense the pull towards this wholeness that journeying is showing me, but if I’m honest, I don’t know how to get there. Yet, at the same time, I have no where else to go. I feel like I’m in between a rock and a hard place and the only way I have to go is this pull/push to integration. And it’s also like I’m giving up on everything else because I just can’t do it anymore. It’s like being driven and giving up all at the same time.
If there is anyone that can relate and provide any further guidance or suggestions for this type of integration work, I would be extremely grateful.

The best thing to do is to get rid of all the crap (mental concepts you've collected so far) as quickly as possible. That crap is just suitable for recapitulation. Our group has a wiki section. There are also our terms explained.
The only real dualism which exists is that one between the tonal body and the energy body. It's the actually reason why people are thinking in dualisms and pairings. Other dualism stuff contains false narratives, concerning sorcery.
There's no better term for what we do than sorcery, and yet it's basically like technology. It won't work with false narratives, which is why we strictly oppose it. We also call this harmful stuff counter-intent. Your post shows that you're contaminated. Hence the advice to get rid of it. Unfortunately, counter-intent stuff has become the norm in civilization.
Sorcery causes the energy body to come closer again. So, there's nothing better to do than practice our stuff. The best thing to do is start with darkroom gazing. But the core is always the concentration on inner silence. You'll find the rest in here.
What is the constant pressure within? Feels like both sides of me colliding and the pressure that would be in the middle of that. Is constant. I can move it. And "use" it to expand within and clear tension. Just didn't know if you knew what that constant pressure is. Like the electromagnetic fluid is.. bunched up? I don't understand
Honestly, I don't know what you mean with that pressure or tension within. Feelings are always indefinite or very personal stuff. It's difficult to talk about. So, concerning sorcery, the actually question is, "How does it work?" instead of "What is it?".
