As far as a local library, it’s a toss-up if they have them whether or not they’ll be in the nonfiction or fiction sections. Librarians can sometimes make their own genre choices when shelving.
Castaneda is controversial after all.
Keep in mind that anything which ACTUALLY challenges the status quo is first ridiculed, then attacked, then accepted as self-evident.
Society isn’t at that third stage yet.
