Although this silence technique is fine, i doubt you should take practices from the outside, when we litteraly have 10x better practices in this sub and the books. Literally i am amazed how people read all the books and still think that you need outside stuff to complete it.

In this sub we don't like mixing in foreign intent, because we are trying to go way beyond such simple practices as meditation ext.

Meditation practice are designed to make you experience "a little bit of bliss" which is just to the green line, maybe further sometimes, but in reality for most people not even the green line

While if we hook ourselves to the old seers who where not just "yogis". Yogis are green zone dwellers.

The old seers modified their energy body to utilize it specifically for sorcery. The old seers where essentially "optimized". Thats why we can't afford doing something that will ruin the link to their intent. Especially if you are able to feel it you will know how fragile it is. It is like a thin sublime string that gives you direction from the other side.

We need that crazy sorcery that break's reality, and you need to see phantom realities.

Thats the goal not just some meditation bliss. We are going way past all that. And the further you go the harder it is to put words on what happens.
