How best to gather and deploy sun glitter?
Misc. Practices
How can we gather sun glitter and deploy it through the luminous shell, so as to make it possible to shift the AP with the added energy. What could be the methodologies used?. Is there a process.

Just facing the sun for 15 minits has wondeful effects in the practice.

I'm not a big fan of the phone thing, but I'm pretty sure it works.

But you have to find the puffs in the darkness to make use of it. Anything else is pretending, because you are trying to find something else to do instead of magic.

Ask Lidotska about the sun effect. The shorter day has 6 hours of light where she lives.

I can't believe they have been the happiest country in the world, for years.

Thank you Juann, any methodology to deploy?

Scoop all the visible puffs on your belly!

That's all we do to redeploy the energy.

They will get brighter, and become stable. So even when you don't follow them with the gaze, they stay there.

Seeing textures in them is also good. The details inside them sometimes start like textures, that seem to be far away.

Inorganic beings can also become visible like that.

Oh, yes. The textures. Like hexagons and stuff like that. Thank you Juan for these answers.

Up your tensegrity and observe.

The answers are all here friend. Look through the sub. Everyone will tell you a billion things, it all leads to shut your trap, get silent, and do the work to get there. Follow intent. The guide is in you.

Keep making energy basically. Reach out, feel the energy, grab it, pull it into yourself, reverse the Polarity and send it back outwards. You got this dude. Be with us.

As Juann said, time in Nature is very useful.

My theory?

It increases the "shine" of your gaze.

But you have to be able to use that shine already, to turn very vague details you see in the darkness, on the "whitish light" on surfaces, into real objects.

So unfortunately that "test" you can perform yourself, requires moving your assemblage point all the way to the front. To the orange zone.

THERE, you truly can learn what sunlight glitter is good for.

Except by then, you'll only be verifying what you learned long ago.

Perhaps the "easiest" way for you to learn, is to see "something that isn't really there".

Anything at all!

Up at the green line where you will first move to, using silence, and where "stuff" is visible.

Just very disappointing at the time.

So without going all "book deal" and figuring out if this is going to be Chapter #3 or #8, just gently let your gaze circle around whatever you find.

NOT like rolling your eyeballs to impress your friends with how weird that looks.

Just very gently, so that all you can "feel" is some kind of "shine" going out, like a little dim laser.

"Light up" all around the thing you see. When it responds, and only when it responds, you can shine directly on it. That'll do something amazing, which you'll forget and completely doubt, just a few hours later.

With lots of sunlight glitter, it'll blossom into an intense and real looking thing!

And your book deal mind will take over.

You'll think, "Chapter 3, definitely!"

And it'll go away.

Therein lies the problem with your question.

You can't wonder how to experiment like that, without activating that book deal mind when you get around to doing it.

It's almost like taking a little kid to get a shot at the doctor.

There's 3 choices.

Don't tell the little bastard. Let the doctor just pull it out, and stab.

Before he realizes what's happening.

Cholita's approach.

That's IDEAL.

But in darkroom you only get to do that once. After that you are weary of "doctors".

So the second choice is to lie to the kid.

"Don't worry, it doesn't hurt at all!!!"

Yea, right...

The WORST choice is to tell him it hurts like hell, and the last kid that went there got infected. They had to cut his arm off.

Also Cholita's approach.

You'd go nuts trying to figure out how she chooses which.

Would you say our awareness when gazing is directed from the eyes or out of the eyes? Then it would make sense that the sunlight sort of “charges them up” in the books it says intent is directed with the eyes, and all of this fits together. We’re having some sort of visual relationship with what we are gazing at, sharing awareness maybe via the eyes. The “shine” could be a feeling, and someone with that shine could have more of their awareness available to them (and not locked up in other places)

Like a spotlight of awareness. Brighter means it has more power from things like sunlight and also less being dispersed in other places. Collected all together.

It’s all nonsense in one way, but these little things like directing the awareness with the eyes could be helpful for beginners to “get” something they’re missing, that might be more glossed over by advanced people that have far exceeded the beginning learnings. Every little nuance helps you move in the right direction but it’s difficult to balance that with overthinking things, which is my challenge

Ultimately it just means, you directed some of your awareness to light up emanations you perceived in front of you.

You can also direct it by humming, or blowing.

Carol uses those.

The blowing has the exact same effect as the gaze.

Except it has less "book deal risk".

It also relies on different "intent".

The intent of blowing at a vague phantom object in the darkness, is the same as the intent of blowing into some dim coals in an old campfire, to bring them back to life and make them glow vividly and give off heat.

I'm not sure how humming works, but it's "overall".

It's not focused.

It "shines" on regions in front of you, as wide as 12 feet and as high as the ceiling in your darkroom.

In the long run, we're just putting our awareness into the emanations.

At an advanced level, you can hold out your hand, ask your Ally to land there, squish her into a ball along with one of your purple poffs, and toss her at whatever you want to "light up".

I'll have to animate that one!

I do it nearly daily.

Sometimes I'll make a "request" to the ball, just before I toss it.

Like, "Go find that witch again! Show her the way here."

If the ball looks back at me, I know it's going to work.

The feeling with the eyes that I was thinking of, I could say it’s similar in some way to blowing. Directing something from within you to what your awareness is on, in a directed way. Humming feels more like a field that emanates out from you, in a non-directional way. This makes perfect sense to me. I’m at the point now in my practice where I’m trying to move from eye smudge and sparkles, to be able to see more concrete structures in front of me. I slightly notice what looks like a fog sometimes, but my “puffs” are still “eye stuff” even after more and more tensegrity. It could just be that my silence still sucks too much, but I get the feeling I’m missing something that will help me cross this barrier, and I think it has to do with interacting with what I’m seeing in a better way.

Your explanations help me Dan, thank you

I believe Cholita likes sunrises at the beach.

Can't prove it though.

Try some beach glitter if you live near one.

Cholita is crazy, but I ignored her magical abilities for too long because of it.

The two things aren't related at all.

She eventually "gave up" on me.

Funny how Intent works, I've been doing a little bit of daylight gazing today and tried to do the rolling movement around a "barely color"/puff but I did the extreme version.
The color then promptly disappeared and i found another one to gaze at later, but that's besides the point and not important since i didn't move past green zone, anyway.
Anyhow, I then come here and see this, as if it was correcting my mistake by letting me read the post, lol

That's a "good omen".

Far better than a crow dumping poop in your path.

I was once walking around Santa Monica with a "Euro Buddhist" type who got into private classes with Carlos for a while. Until he went home.

Being a Buddhist, he naturally LOVED a good "inventory of magic factoids".

He could name every sacred scroll ever dredged up from an obscure temple.

And he was also a master of "The Warrior's Way".

In Asia if a bird poops on you, they have a saying. It will bring you good luck.

I think it's just to avoid people complaining while standing in line in their huge cities, with pigeons flying above. Put a "good spin" on the inevitable.

It even extends to stepping into piles of dog doo, from packs of wild dogs who have learned to navigate their crowded cities.

In fact, they have the "lucky poop" statue on the top of the very high roof of one of the most powerful beer companies in Japan.

With Richard Gere toasting it American style, holding up a frothy mug of that beer, on a giant billboard next to the lucky poop.

I was shocked to see such things way back when I first got invited to japan on engineering missions. My Taxi driver informed me, you'd see many famous movie stars doing ads for the japanese.

It didn't hurt the star's image back home, since no american would ever see that, and the Japanese paid well for certain celebrity endorsements.

They just LOVED "Pretty Woman". The movie.

Hooker makes it big and marries a businessman. It's the justification for most of the sex industry there.

So even Richard Gere would toast a pile of shit, for Japanese audiences.

But it's not quite the same as a euro buddhist exclaiming in a heavy german accent, on seeing that a crow just barely missed us with his pile of shit falling from the sky, almost surely doing that on purpose:

"Ohhhh... Crooowww... Omen!"
