So, maybe this is a cliche post, but I'm a little bit lost about how to begin to practice. I have read "The Teachings of Don Juan", "Journey to ixtlan", "Tales of power", and now I'm reading "Eagles Gift" but despite the fact I have found very interesting things, like the way of walking without focusing, or daydreaming, I have no idea how I should start.
I found this:

But still I felt lost AF, any advice?

Everything you need is in the Wiki, maybe check the section Overview of the Practices: https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda/wiki/introduction-practices/
And, to the O.P., read up on darkroom practice….which they’ll only get a taste of from reading those few passages in The Eagle’s Gift that introduce it.
https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda_instruction/comments/1mtnumo/a_strategy_for_beginners_chat_log_for_aug_1617/ - and the rest of the more recent posts in the instruction subreddit

Can you make yourself a dark room?
If not, make a blindfold that doesn't press against your eye lids, so that while wearing it, it feels like you're just in a dark room.
Then pick out some tensegrity forms and learn them.
You only need a few very simple ones to give it a try.
But none of this works if you have your internal dialogue raging away.
It pulls you back to normal reality.
That's why we use darkness, while doing tensegrity moves, and focing off the internal dialogue, to summon real magic you can see.
That will put you on that path in the picture. The puffs are up at the "green stations".
Extend the length of time you can hold off your internal dialogue, while looking at hte fully visible magic shown in that map, and you'll move along those railroad tracks.
No one but sorcerers and a few drugged up Yogis ever make it ot the "Red Stations".
And ONLY sorcerers go through that tunnel at the bottom right.
The stuff no one will believe, happens on the other side past the orange station.
what tensegrity moves do you recommend for black out mask practice?
I don't like to recommend any.
There' 400 of them, and I'd hate to see some never get practiced.
They're stuffed FULL of real, amazing magic we don't know about yet.
find some you like! That's the main thing.
The attitude you have when doing them.
Keep in mind, our "double" (our person who runs around in dreams and can come out into the real, physical world) is driven away by our foul moods.
We're always muling over past grievances in our internal dialogue, and it's so used to total freedom, wandering around in infinity, that it wants nothing to do with our nightmarish throughs.
That seems a bit harsh, until you see what it's like when you get rid of those.
So we want to reduce grief when doing tensegrity by removing our internal dialogue.
Except, if we pick tensegrity moves we don't like, that just adds more grief to the situation.
I'm a bit lazy.
I don't like forms that repeat 10 times.
I prefer ones that repeat less times like we learned in private classes early on.
But at advanced levels, the ones that repeat more times, produce far better results.
That happens when each movement is fully visible, so that you have something to watch, which evolves with each repetition.
This is no exaggeration!
Even that outfit Cholita is wearing. She has that one. But in green.
I bought it for her near San Diego. She just never wears it around me.
I'm only a beginner but I recommend the Dreaming passes. You'll see the purple build up in the mask when you're swinging your body around and hurling the assemblage point towards the front. Man, it's uncanny.
how long you do it before the purple starts building up in the mask
Oof, definitely on the order of weeks if you're doing it every day.
But absolutely go into the practice not expecting to see anything, you want your mind to be in the right headspace. That was the mistake I made in the beginning. I was getting frustrated that I couldn't see stuff and my practice was sporadic.
What's tensegrity? I can't make a dark room, but I have a blindfold. So the process it basically to try/be silence how much time?

Here's Tensegrity in the Wiki. That's on the right side of this subreddit when viewed on a browser.
https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda/wiki/tensegrity/
Here's a direct link to some of Jadey's forms which you could learn from:
https://www.youtube.com/@sorcerypasses
She was a private student of Carlos.
I don't recommend learning from anywhere else, except DVD1, DVD2, or DVD3.
You can find those on YouTube.
Because, people other than Jadey or the people in the DVDs, have carelessly changed the movements.
Tensegrity is 8000 year old magic, which was put into a martial arts "kata" form by Carlos, because he liked martial arts and participated in a few back in the 60s and 70s, when asian martial arts were new and different schools were abundant in Los Angeles.
When people still believed Bruce Lee could fight well.
But Carlos practicing martial arts doesn't mean he believed they could fight.
He just liked the fact that you tried to develop discipline, following rituals.
Something very sorcery like.
But of course, it never did Asians any good...
Brazilians kicked all their butts once there were real fighting competitions all over the world.
Carlos took some "magical movements" that our line of sorcerers had developed (that's inevitable if you learn real magic), and put them into organized movements to teach us.
The main benefit is, they're designed to lure your dreamer out of dream realms, and into this one.
So that if you aren't doing Tensegrity, there's very little chance you can learn our sorcery.
You'll never lure your "double" to this copy of reality.
But when you do, you get to borrow its eyesight. Which is why you see all the crazy magical pictures in this subreddit.
Be warned: All other magical systems and religions are total frauds, so everyone has been taught that nothing ever really works, and that nothing ought to be a lot of hard work.
They make it all "easy" because they want your money.
But then it never works!
This actually works, but is too much work for 99 out of 100 who subscribe to this group.
And of the 1 of 100 who puts in real work, and perhaps even makes it to levels of magic beyond what any Yogi or Buddhist ever dreamed of, only 1 in 5 will keep going.
It's "cold" out there in magical realms.
But that's not our problem. If we can get you to the crazy levels of magic you see in here, we did our job.
Whether that life as a sorcerer or real witch is attractive to you, can't be figured out ahead of time.
It has to become real before you understand what you are deciding.
We do however hope that this can change, if we get enough people to the more advanced levels.
It's possible to alter the entire planet so that real magic becomes easier everywhere.
"When people still believed Bruce Lee could fight well."
His spinning back kick was wonderful!
I haven't seen anyone else do it that well.
But in fact, Chinese martial arts are as big of a fraud as Chinese philosophy and Chinese Medicine.
Interesting how Miles takes money from people, pretending Chinese medicine will work.
Carlos went to Howard for medical help, but for Carlos it was more about whether Howard could "intend" people to heal.
Howard didn't even use the needles anymore. He just pointed his fingers.
Bruce has some memorable scenes, and I suppose he really was enough of a bad player to recite Asian nonsense in Carlos’s home movies. I hope someday someone finds that footage! Do you think Soledad might have looked for it?
I find it admirable how diplomatic Carlos was about the Asian fake magic. I suppose by that time Howard had already gone beyond the “prefaces” of acupuncture, and yet he still got greedy and clashed with the IOBs, and then ended up saying that Carlos “Carlos went bad”.
What a shitty mess —but Tony was even worse, going so far as to invent that Carlos had copied Tensegrity from Howard Lee. And that only makes Tony and Howard lazy and greedy "nahuales", proving this SubReddit right with every “ball of light” they sell, never going much beyond pandiculations and meditative states.
So, I have no reason to be diplomatic with them, there are no home movies involved and this path is without nahual blows, with IOBs and under S.K.’s leadership. But I also don’t want to be too rude to Howard—he might even be the “saint” who, through his greed, motivated Carlos’s IOBs to create this path forward.
Carlos said things about him you can find in the collected notes, such as calling him "cottonmouth", and saying he's screwed up the way all chinese men are screwed up.
Which they are... It's that over the top socialization emphasizing "saving face". They're obsessed with it!
I think maybe Carlos gave a book dedication to pay Howard back for the idea of hiding the old seer movements, inside "forms" as a martial arts like system.
That "alternate path to plentitude and well-being".
But people misunderstood it to be that Howard had demonstrated that to him, rather than just giving him the idea for how to teach what he needed to teach before he died.
In fact, Howard was doing (poorly) the most common type of kungfu in Southern China.
Choi Lai Fut.
It's not exotic at all.
Just not common here in the USA, because of how little movements it actually has.
And it doesn't work in a fight against anyone with any training in anything at all. A boxer or wrestler would kick Choi Lai Fut butt in 30 seconds.
The rest of what Howard does, is just classical Taoist con games emphasizing "energy" and longevity spells.
I got to talk to Marshall Ho's daughter about Howard.
She wasn't impressed. Just respectful because he was a family friend.
But she seemed to giggle at the idea anyone though Howard was magical.
And I suppose that book dedication was also a “blank check”, like many Carlos gave. Most people would end up in shit barely twenty-four hours after receiving one.
It seems that people who crave superheroes are easily drawn to the exotic. Then, in another country, they wrap their trash in pleasant packaging and sell it to us as “salvation” at luxury prices—and there isn’t much “knowledge” that can protect us from that. In that case, all we can do is practice the real thing in order to recognize the false one—at least the one within ourselves.
As a Mexican, I don’t feel any closeness to “Lama Tony Karam”, or whatever he calls himself, since common surnames in Mexico are “López”, “Martínez” and there are even “Castañeda”.
As mentioned at the end of the second part of that classic video about Carlos in Spanish: Juan Tovar said that, among so many myths surrounding Carlos, even the writer Juan Rulfo once remarked: “Which Castaneda? It’s Castañeda! He’s the son of the notary Castañeda, from Zacatecas… It’s Carlitos Castañeda, I know him”. Which I find to be a clever joke by the writer Juan Rulfo to “claim” Carlos as “Mexican”, so it’s worth clarifying that no good Mexican writer has ever invented anything about Tony Lama—essentially because they couldn’t care less about talking or writing about some “elegant” guy who charges money to sit and speak exotic words and then fall asleep.
So, I’ll tell you my story with Tony: I was sixteen years old, bored, and looking to enroll in some course, and some idiot told me that at “Casa Tíbet México” (Tony’s brothel) there were courses in martial arts and meditation. So I went there, but when I arrived, nearby they were carrying out a huge drainage project, so there were machines and filth scattered everywhere and it all smelled horribly. I took it as an “omen” and went back home immediately, without even stepping inside. A few days later, I picked a random book from my parents’ library, and it turned out to be a book by Carlos Castaneda, which smelled wonderful. When my dad saw me reading it, he said the same thing as Juan Rulfo: “Ah, Castañeda…” (with the Spanish “ñ”).
We feel Carlos is “close”, perhaps because Don Juan, La Gorda, Genaro, and Elías feel very Mexican to us. Carlos reminds us of the stories our Mexican grandparents tell, always talking about “fighting the devil in the hills” and we know Carlos worked like a dog to strip the devils of their red disguise and turn them into technological tools, while Tony devoted himself to profiting from people’s suffering—which perfectly explains the bad smell: Several years have passed since those drainage works, but the stench persists…
Last night I was in silent knowledge playing with the fibers that come from the claw hands, and had the oddest belief that Josefina is still alive.
And Cholita has the key to figuring out who she is these days.
I suppose if true, it would make her somewhere around 86.
Not at all impossible.
That would be wonderful! Last night I was practicing the Fairy’s Pass. I didn’t see any orange puffs, but the effects of resting the head on shoulders and chest are amazing! https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda/comments/hhzlqh/fairys_pass/
Don't overdo that. It's not something you repeat. It's hard on the neck.
Thanks for the tip. I did the Fairy’s Pass a couple of times at the end, after Zuleica’s pass. It was my first time and I was impressed, so I lay down.
Carlos only showed it twice as far as I know.
Once in private class, and then once at the next workshop.
But after that, I don't believe he showed it again.
That's why Fairy chose it as the way to give her "permission".
Just keep in mind, she's not visible, until the puffs are visible.
I suppose she might show up on a pinkish glow.
But that's just a puff that isn't brilliant yet.
Fairy speaks spanish well!
¡Wonderful!
Some IOBs don’t talk much, and I’ve always wondered how they can “speak” different languages and know our names. I usually say: “Intent translates!” But I think it’s more about them “seeing us” and noticing that we have “threads” with our names and personal history.
After Minx, three more have passed through here: my Ally, who speaks little but with great clarity and sweetness; the Ally of a foreign witch; and another from a Mexican witch. The last two liked to play the part of “evil, predatory fauns.” And I noticed that, beyond the masks, they each had certain “particularities.” The first didn’t say his name but was very talkative and loved to threaten and scare, yet turned out to be “weak” against certain sounds. The Mexican witch’s Ally doesn’t speak much beyond grunting; he’s all about “physical confrontation,” but he does say his name and doesn’t mind working, though you suffer intense dehydration when he’s around.
And before all that, at the beginning, one night in the D.R. I was calling Carlos’s IOB’s—Humito and Minx—swearing like a sailor, but sober and awake. Then I had the sensation of being lifted into the air. It was amazing, but far too terrifying…
Yes, it was the “free trial,” and I wasted it foolishly, and then I knew I’d have to work like a dog if I hoped to repeat it… Exactly like the metaphor you use of the uncle who puts you to work because he knows you’re a fool. So, as we say in Mexico: “He’s got you by the balls.”
I suppose you could say to the uncle: “How much do you offer to clean the plane?” But he would say: “How clever! I’ll give you 20 dollars to clean the CAR, including the interior. But I warn you, don’t you dare get near the plane…”
The uncle seems like a damn cheapskate, but the truth is that if he lent you the plane, you’d kill yourself in less than 24 hours, since you have no idea what the buttons on the dashboard are for. Maybe he’ll give you a few extra dollars if you wax the car and show him you understand the seriousness of the weather conditions.
Why is Astral travel a dead end path?
Because there's no such thing.
It's a made up system designed to bore people to death so they doze off with their eyes closed, have an obsessive dream, and then report success to others by twisting the dream to match the narrative of the astral travel lore.
It's a classic trick in magical systems! Not in any way unique to astral travel.
The trick is to teach people how to pretend in a social feedback system.
So whatever you're hearing, you ought to know that NO ONE is actually doing what they're reporting, often enough to be telling others they succeeded.
If they could do what they claim, they'd soon discover what tehyw ere told isn't true, and they'd go look elsewhere for answers.
Monroe was a bad man, because being mostly the creator, he knew full well it was a money stealing scam.
Or to simplify the answer, it's not true.
There's no such thing as "Astral travel".
It's something else going on, that you'll never learn if you follow that path.
Here's how extreme this trick can get, using what I get to see in Taiwan. They also are pretending, but still "getting real results".
Or if you prefer local stuff, look at the "Shakers" in Illinois, who claim they have "demons running all through me!" while they roll around and shake on the floor.
There's zero real magic in Astral travel. It's just little dreams people have due to the poor design of the technique.
You can easily see that if you look in the Astral Travel subreddit on a regular basis.
Then compare that to this subreddit where real magic is happening.
So what is going on if it’s not “astral travel”? Like when you go out of body from sleep paralysis and see your body sleeping?
Two possibilities.
It's just an obsessive dream, misrepresented by the teller of the dream, to get attention. And you assume it's true, because so many people make up stories like that, based on hearing about it earlier.
OR, it's an actual cool thing, but not understand by the perso, and not controllable.
Keep in mind, in here we summon our double, a real, fully visible copy of yourself, to stand right next to you.
DAILY.
Mine even sat on the edge of the bed a few times, so I could get a very good look at how real it is.
But most of the time it "forms" using our tensegrity movements.
And we do this DAILY.
Do I need to repeat that?
Astral travelers do not. Because if they did, they'd converge with what we do, ditch the Astral Travel myth to look around, and become members of this community instead.
I can't emphasize enough how you have to do this sort of thing every single day, before you go around bothering other people with your "experiences".
But Monroe institute encourages people to bother others with their mostly made up experiences.
Because they're con artists!
The witch I was given to protect, by Carlos Castaneda, walks through solid walls when I'm practicing, to come see what I'm doing.
And I get to chase her across continents. In my physical body! While she's in what you would call her "astral body".
Except, it's just the copy that runs around in normal dreams, which has somehow found its way into this version of reality.
Me fully awake, eyes open, and completely sober. While chasing her through solid walls.
That's a SMOOTH transition from physical body, to dreaming body, which can't be explained by anything I've come up with.
That copy of her can lift me up into the air, in my physical body, with one finger.
It can also be completely visible, while I'm also looking at her physical body. I once saw her headed down the sidewalk to the neighbor's house, and then looked towards our kitchen through my open front door, and saw her chopping vegetables at the same time.
So it's NOT an "astral" anything.
That's just an excuse for why that technique is so lame.
Because it's "astral" (unreal).
There's also REAL remote viewing with our technique, and not the pretend kind where you scribble on paper, as taught by that assistant of Monroe.
Who cheated the CIA with fake research programs.
I do real remote viewing on the bedspread.
I just look down at it in darkness, and it turns into a TV screen, showing places and people endlessly.
I used to chase my witch friend using that, since she does her traveling in her dream body, instead of her physical body.
At my age, I couldn't keep up.
So my "double" (what you'd call the astral body) merged with me on the bed, sitting on pillows, and I borrowed its eyes.
Dozens in here have done this on a regular basis.
I've just been at it longer.
In here, there's real magic.
And elsewhere, it seems that there's nothing but people stealing money using fake magic.
It's a pity... We all wish there were something real elsewhere, so that we could relax and not have to worry about mankind losing real magic forever.
Can you advise me where to start for fastest results?
I'm afraid if you're after the fastest results, there's virtually no chance you'll keep it up long enough to see any.
We have a lot of experience in here, having had 10,000 new people flow through here in the last 6 years, and us trying our very best to help every one of them.
You're used to fake magic like Astral Travel, where you just take a delusional nap using their technique, fall asleep, and make up stuff.
That's also Buddhism, Daoism, Kabballah, and Yoga.
Just a crummy, delusional nap.
But Olmec sorcery is HARD WORK.
Not hard work because you don't know what to do.
The instructions are very easy to understand, and very specific.
No one has trouble knowing within minutes what to do.
The problem is, you have to get rid of your "internal dialogue".
Which many Yogis and Buddhist "Masters" will tell you is not possible.
Others will just say that's too hard, so they advise you that a "mantra" or "Koan" is better.
Those are both just substitute internal dialogues.
So it does produce meager results, but never more than just hitting the snooze button in the morning, to lay there with your eyes closed a while.
And not even as much magic, as praying the Catholic rosary causes.
In our case, you have to entirely remove all words from your mind, for a minimum of 2 minutes, while doing "Tensegrity" movements to lure your dreamer to come into the real world.
Your dreamer loves those movements, and will even stand there right next to you, and do them along with you.
So you "lure" what you might think of as your Astral body. IT comes to YOU. Not, you fall asleep and lie about what happened.
This is done in darkness, because in the 30 years since Carlos taught us these movements, no one got them to work except in subdued lighting.
So his "Ally", a 2 billion year old visible spirit that you can meet if you actually practice, taught us that it's best to use absolute darkness, to make it easier to perceive those purple puffs of glowing light, that appear when you can get rid of your internal dialogue for at least 2 minutes.
One person commented the other day (in here you can read comments from dozens of people who are making it work, and how they did that), that it took him weeks, but then he realized he wasn't really following instructions. He was interfering with it, perhaps by trying to visualize it, or by doing something he thought would give him an advantage, which he learned elsewhere.
Or people cut corners and try to just gaze in darkness while clearing their mind, skipping the very thing that brings those purple floating balls of light, to circle around you.
The Tensegrity movements!
So in truth, you could make it work the first time if you totally followed instructions.
But no one is capable of following the instructions at first.
So the first task, is to familiarize yourself with how difficult it is, to "stop' the internal dialogue. Find out how long you can go and tell people in here, to see if you're really understanding.
Meanwhile using tensegrity done in darkness to make sure you aren't just sitting up in your bed, trying to get out of doing any real work.
What you'll learn later is, it's not possible to learn our sorcery without supernatural help.
And the supernatural help won't come unless you make a real effort, and don't cut corners or try to cheat.
Here's how you walk off into your dreaming body, while in your physical body!
Proof (it's been done over and over in here) that there's no such thing as an Astral body.
Notice at the end. The woman just walks right through a solid wall, and off into other realities.
She doesn't bump into the wall and fall unconscious on the floor.
That's what real magic is like! It can't be explained.
I already see the puffs. I have been to the place of no pity and the place of silent knowledge. Now I will try the methods of Tensegrity to get there again.
Well, that seems very unlikely to me. More likely is that you're pretending your results, just like people do with Astral Travel.
But there's no way for us to know for sure. One of these days, we might run into someone who has actual talent when it comes to sorcery.
It's just that so far, we haven't. Only people who have a good work ethic and succeed because of that.
But not a single talented person.
Well...
Maybe Lidotska...
You did look at the pictures in this subreddit, didn't you?
Those aren't an exaggeration.
You did that sort of thing, drug free, wide awake, eyes open, and you could repeat it daily if you took the time?
Or are you just saying that in general you've seen the glowing purple, and a few times you felt your grief and sorrow go away, practicing what you were practicing?
Certainly many see the purple puffs. Especially children.
But to make it to the place of no pity, and be rather casual about it the way you seem to be, is impossible.
It's a revolution!
And then on returning, you can't even remember what you got so excited about.
You have to go back and forth, many times, to have the ability to remember what it's like.
It's far, far beyond "enlightenment".
And if you couldn't gaze into infinity, visibly with all sorts of magic floating as tiny bits and pieces alone the inside of what might be an infinite tunnel, then it wasn't a stable view of the place of no pity.
There's also a breath change that happens when you first get there.
It's an automatic breath change, completely different than what people get with meditation.
The first few times, you actually gasp for air and pant like a dog.
Later, it just feels like the happy ending of a good yawn and your breath becomes very shallow. Almost gone.
I see the purple puffs when I close my eyes and let the thoughts go/don’t let them come in. This I have been noticing for a few months now, and only now I am reading about it as per Castaneda.
The place of no pity and the place of silent knowledge in my experiences were like states rather than physical places.
I have been there several times over the last two years, via a combination of two entheogens.
Every time I repeat the experiment, it triggers the same experience, albeit with different intensity (depending on my intent it seems). I was on the ground in shock more than once. At one point it seems I was not breathing and not needing it. Time slowed to a halt once. Other things that I could also try to explain. Taking notes afterwards to not forget, leaving breadcrumbs on the way back, every time it seems I integrate more and more of the “second attention” into this “first attention”.
Or at least this is how it seems to me.
I read about astral stuff, ate peyote and mushrooms until I passed out, and then went through the J Curve in reverse…
Of course! More rotten apples “stopping the world”: https://www.reddit.com/r/castaneda/comments/1nfbnho/comment/ndvdm9l/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Too many entheogens, and you can't learn sorcery. At least, not on your own.
Carlos only succeeded because he had a lineage behind him, and "The Nagual's blow".
We don't.
So drugs are a serious risk to your ability to get very far.
You make it only to beginners levels, and not even with your sobriety intact.
Drugs burn a "flat spot" in beginner's states, and you can never get past it, if it's too well established.
Oddly, Marijuana doesn't seem to do that as strongly as stronger drugs.
Maybe because it burns a flat spot up at the green station, whereas what you're talking about is burning a flat spot down at the red station.
Those result in loss of lucidity, whereas the green zone gives you more lucidity. Thus the delusions of Enlightened masters believing they reached some kind of "ultimate state".
Here's that map, marked up to show that.
Makes sense to me. You had a good guess at the entheogens - marijuana and acid.
Can I speak to you privately?
I never do that, because in the past it didn't work out well in any case. Usually someone's head eventually explodes.
And it's not my head.
Plus, it's important that if I put time into answering questions, everyone can see it.
That's all we have for a learning path.
But you can chat with very knowledgeable people in the reddit chat on the side. There isn't any question I can answer, that they can't.
They'll just "beat around the bush" more, instead of outright saying what they're thinking, in cases where it might hurt your feelings.
I don’t care about hurt feelings I want to learn
Learn "Zuleica's Pass", and use that in darkness to see how long you can hold off your internal dialogue.
Not one word!
Then report back how long that is. But be honest, because we can easily tell if you're either not familiar with what the internal dialogue is, or didn't actually make a real effort.
You'd be surprised how many advanced people we have in here, who can easily see through pretending.
Zuleica's pass doesn't take up more room than standing, so it can even be done in a closet if you can't make a dark room.
It's the first pass Carlos taught in private "Sunday Classes".
That rendition has the shoulders all messed up, so just relax those.
It produces DAZZLING magic once you can get silent.
The levels of magic are beyond belief, for sure.
I did it last night. I have some trouble doing the movements while stopping internal dialogue, because in the dark, the movements I make start changing while I am doing them, then I notice it and start adjusting again and it distracts me, causing internal dialogue. At one point while doing it i felt some heat around my arms. Today, I will try the pass in the daylight so I can memorise the movements better, then I will do it at night again.
I see the video in the air all the time. The humans there are always facing their backs to me I got a bit offended. Sometimes I even jump in the scenes but I it happen during closed eye meditation. Sometimes I see floating faces. I googled and dipak chopras website who appeared in oprah said if humans and objects appear during meditation, ignore it. So I ignored it. I always thought everyone see those.
Meditation is a total dead end.
However, in order to perceive that, you did in fact have to move your assemblage point at least 6 inches down the back, and then off to the side.
Sounds like you shifted it to the right, instead of to the left, into insect hive mind realms the way Buddhists do.
As for mumping into the dreams, that's no big deal unless you are awake, and standing up in the room moving around.
In meditation, it just means you fell asleep but didn't fully lost your lucidity.
Deepak Chopra is a total fraud.
An evil man even... Since he knows he's a fraud, but pretends otherwise.
I knew him all the way back in the 1980s. He was teaching meditation techniques above Malibu, in the building which must surely have burned down.
Pretty much anything Opra found, was harmful to her viewers. She "found" that awful man Ekhart.
But Justin Bieber is debatable. I have a young girlfriend who claims he's actually good now.
I don’t think Justin’s music is good, but he’ll get ten million for going to Coachella 2026. By the way, looking at the Coachella lineup, I admit I only know three artists there, including Justin…
The last time I went to a music festival like that was in 2004, to see The Mars Volta, only because they reminded me of Led Zeppelin… Better not even mention Miles Davis…
Hi Daniel, how are you ? I am new to this forum . I have been reading about the darkroom practices and the different perception that takes place at various positions of the J curve. There is so much information here that I have never heard of before. I had been learning Tensegrity from the videos and briefly joined the Cleargreen video library which had some great forms there. I’m not aware of the factions that developed after Carlos left or any of the internal issues that arose between the senior students of Carlos. I have no doubt about the authenticity of what you’re teaching and your knowledge. It’s also amazing that you have not attached the knowledge to monetary gain and freely share your knowledge on this forum. A question I wanted to ask you is , do the other teachers and senior students at Cleargreen know about the darkroom practices and the J curve map as you have explained it here. Was this knowledge you learned in your time studying with Carlos also taught to Nyie , Renata , Kylie , Miles ect and is this still taught by Cleargreen today ? What I have observed with Cleargreen, and I may be totally wrong, is they have compartmentalised the knowledge into the magical passes videos as exercises, and the video library that has a monthly fee. But the actual knowledge has been confined to the workshops and certification courses. For example, a person can practice Tensegrity from the videos and receive some benefits. But when the passes are combined with the knowledge of the linage and how to really use the state of perception change and inner silence created from practicing the passes , the deeper profound developmental changes of this system reveals itself . With the passes alone , it’s like having a car with no petrol .
You have come to the right place.
Not doings. Walking would be your normal way. Walking with your hands in a position fingers curved in, thumb pressed in creates a situation where you are focused on your hands it create a difference. So walking differently will focus your intent. That strengthens your intent muscle.
Sitting differently, etc are all not doings.
One of my favorites was looking at grass and relaxing your eyes. Looking at grass is normal looking at the shadows of the grass would be a not doing.
All of the techniques are meant to strengthen intent and purpose. Instead of being crusted over with normality and auto responses.
That helps you control your assemblage point. The whole goal is to be able to shift your assemblage point on purpose. With intent. Gathering personal power and seeing the crack between worlds.
Also read separate reality, the fire within and the magical passes are a physical routine that focuses intent. Doing the movements with tense muscles and smooth movements helps gather more intent and personal power.
This. Not doings, are a complete game changer. I'm seeing tons of omens now. Was not doing yesterday in my bedroom, looked out my window. Four crows, no more, no less, turning over my river rocks looking for delicious grubs after Wednesday's flood waters. Immediately I though of 4 prong Naguals. Real magic, is also normal life. That's the secret.

that's what the Wiki is for. the books are fantastic but not instruction manuals per se.
Consciously, Intentionally, See the silence inside. Allow telomerase increasing from the pineal, reviving telomeres. Then throw it all away
Is it like the whole thing with the ‘Zanoits’ and the ‘Plantoids’?
