What town in southern mexico did don juan and his party live?

The only thing i know is that it was near Mexico city. Does somebody know about this location or other places related to Don Juan?

The Map Post is tied into this, places and names and what not.

And an older archived post

I have the most likely location as Guadalajara, in Western Mexico, near the center of town.

At least, that's where don Genaro and Florinda Grau lived.

Taisha's book has it as Vicam Sonora, Mexico.

But don Juan also lived in Pascua, Arizona.

We have a map somewhere in this subreddit. I'm redoing it to add all known info, but I had to expand it to 4Kx4K.

If you are thinking about tracking the area down, I firmly believe it's possible.

Just from the storyline in all of the books, especially the women's cross referenced with Carlos' books.

Focus on the bus line that ends where the Yaqui wars took place.

I once did a "re-run" of La Gorda returning from what is likely LA, to don Juan's compound. In retrospect, it seems like that bus line that continues the 15 freeway. I was in a station, but in a closed room. Only saw the parking lot, but never actual trains.

Then Taisha's book mentioned that bus line. Apparently they all used it. Carlos might even have used it, when he jumped from the cliff. Not good to have your car stranded in Mexico, when you zip from falling off a cliff, back to your LA apartment.

Carlos used that same freeway to visit the tribes, while he was looking for don Juan.

In the witches books, they didn't always use the same names.

But they're the same people.

I'd start with Vicente and the mask maker. Those would be easier to track down.

And then, the narrative describes a tiny bit about driving to the mask maker.

This is extremely interesting to me. Especially I am really curious which church Carlos met the death defier. I tried to track it down but Carlos just doesn't give to many names.

Please, if you EVER see any info, send it me.

Carol Tiggs spoke about that church. It's in some lecture notes posted here.

She might have spilled the beans.

By the way, activities as she describes leave "a mark". Energetically.

Fancy taught me to put my palm up in the air, and look towards a potential place of second attention activity.

It begins to glow if it's saved any residue of the activity.

It's pretty much how "power spots" emerge in the homes of sorcerers.

Inevitable I suspect.
